Can we use reproduced signatures on USICS forms?

Yes.

To take the lessons learned from our pandemic posture, USCIS has been evaluating which flexibilities can and should be extended permanently.

As a result of this evaluation, the reproduced signature flexibility will become a permanent policy on July 25, 2022.

USCIS accepts various petitions, applications and other documents bearing an electronically reproduced original signature.

Documents may be scanned, faxed, photocopied, or similarly reproduced provided that the copy must be of an original document containing an original handwritten signature, unless otherwise specified.

Individuals or entities that submit documents bearing an electronically reproduced original signature must also retain copies of the original documents containing the “wet” signature.

USCIS may request the original documents, which if not produced, could negatively impact the adjudication of the immigration benefit.
